Step out of the rush of daily life and into a quiet space of appreciation. This gentle mini-retreat invites you to pause, breathe, and notice the simple gifts surrounding you. Through guided reflection, soft movement, sound healing, and heart-opening journaling, you will shift your focus from what is lacking to the abundance already present in your life. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply renewed.
What We Will Do
Mindful Arrival: Settle your body and quiet your mind with an energy clearing and a gentle grounding breathwork exercise.
Gratitude Reflection: Explore guided prompts that help you notice both big blessings and small, everyday joys.
Nourishing Connection: Enjoy time with one another over tea and a provided lunch.
Yin Yoga Practice: Slow down and surrender. By holding gentle postures for several minutes at a time we’ll target deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia rather than muscles. You’ll quiet your nervous system, build inner awareness, and leave feeling deeply restored.
Restorative Soundbath: Allow the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls, chimes and gong act as a bridge to your heart center. You’ll be given space to honor your body, appreciate your breath, and celebrate the gift of being alive.
Closing Circle: Share space and quiet intentions to carry your peace back into the world.
